His companies serve a broad clientele spanning the UK, UAE, EU, and Middle East, including clinics, physicians, and high-performance individuals seeking evidence-based solutions to ageing, energy, recovery, and cognitive health. Dean is also a Scientific Advisory Board Member for Longevity Labs.
Driven by a passion for human optimisation, Dean’s work is a fusion of science, strategy, and personal experience. A former competitive athlete, his journey into advanced wellness began following a career-ending injury, which ultimately sparked a deep dive into biohacking, peptide science, and metabolic enhancement. Today, he is widely recognised for his no-nonsense approach to performance, his ability to decode complex scientific pathways, and his advocacy for personalised protocols that yield measurable results. Dean continues to lead the conversation in high-performance health with a focus on peptides, bioregulators, nootropics, and precision supplementation, while actively building distribution and education channels to help make these tools more accessible. He’s consulted for clinics, coached private clients globally, and continues to develop some of the region’s most trusted platforms for clean, research-backed products. Ricky Sandhu - Managing director
With five years of dedicated experience in the health and wellness space, Ricky Sandhu serves as the Managing Director of UAE Peptides Research, bringing a strong blend of strategic oversight, operational leadership, and technical expertise to the organisation. Since joining the industry, Ricky has played a pivotal role in building and scaling the company’s full e-commerce infrastructure from the ground up. His work spans every core component of online retail, including website architecture, user experience design, product catalogue development, secure payment systems, order fulfilment processes, customer service frameworks, and ongoing digital optimisation.
Ricky oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that every function runs smoothly and efficiently. From logistics and supply chain coordination to customer experience management, he maintains a high operational standard that keeps the company agile and responsive in a fast-moving industry. His hands-on leadership style promotes clarity, consistency, and continuous improvement across all departments.
In his role, Ricky also works closely with and provides direct support to Dean, the CEO, helping to translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensuring the wider team remains aligned with the company’s vision.
