If you would like to set up an account on UAE Peptide LLC website. All your details will be treated with the utmost privacy and security. Security is very important to us.
We will require your delivery address, your contact and payment details. We will then ask you to set a password for your account. Please make sure your details are kept somewhere you can remember as this will help us to locate your account if you call or email us.
Once your account has been set up, you’ll be able to view your order summary again in your ‘shopping cart’ page.
ONLINE ORDERS:
All orders submitted through our www.uaepeptides.com website are confirmed by e-mail. No order should be deemed to be accepted without this confirmation. All orders are fulfilled subject to these terms and conditions. It might not be possible for us to accept orders for delivery to certain areas; in this case, the collection must be made from our stores or from a pre-arranged pick-up point.
All orders are subject to availability. Should any of the items be out of stock at the time of placing your order, you will be notified via email and we will suggest an alternative if possible. Alternatively, you will be offered a refund for this item (see refunds and returns).
DELIVERY:
Normal Deliveries will be between 9am – 10pm

- DUBAI: Delivery is free next day. Your order must be placed before 4pm the day before the delivery day in order for us to be able to offer the next day service.
- ABU DHABI: 35.00 AED delivery charge. Your order must be placed before 4pm, 48 hours prior to the delivery day in order for us to be able to deliver.
- SHARJAH & AL AIN: 35.00 AED delivery charge. Your order must be placed before 4pm, 48 hours prior to the delivery day in order for us to be able to deliver.
- AJMAN 35.00 AED delivery charge. Your order must be placed before 4pm, 48 hours prior to the delivery day in order for us to be able to deliver.
- RAK: 35.00 AED delivery charge. Your order must be placed before 4pm, 48 hours prior to the delivery day in order for us to be able to deliver.
- FUJAIRAH: 35.00 AED delivery charge. Your order must be placed before 4pm, 48 hours prior to the delivery day in order for us to be able to deliver.
- UMM AL QUWAIN: 35.00 AED delivery charge. Your order must be placed before 4pm, 48 hours prior to the delivery day in order for us to be able to deliver.
- AL GHADEER: 35.00 AED delivery charge. Your order must be placed before 4pm, 48 hours prior to the delivery day in order for us to be able to deliver.
- INTERNATIONAL MIDDLE EASTERN REGIONS: Delivery costs will vary depending on region from 95.00 AED to 195.00 AED
We currently deliver to the following areas but are always looking to expand:
- UAE, Bahrain, Jordan, Lebanon, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Palestinian and Oman
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
WE OFFER THREE METHODS OF PAYMENT:
- Online payment by card
- Payment by cash or card on delivery (the customer needs to be present to sign the receipt). If you are not at home, payment must be left in a secure place for the driver to collect, or with a designated person. Payment will still be requested if you are not available to collect your order.
CURRENCY:
Prices quoted are in UAE Dirhams and all payments are to be made in UAE Dirhams.
REFUNDS AND RETURN:
